What TV shows did you watch as a kid?
When I was a kid, we had a big TV that only played a few channels good enough to watch without being too fuzzy. We didn’t have a remote, so you would have to get up to change the channel. The very first TV I remember watching only came in with black and white…no color. So when I was finally able to watch cartoons in color, it was amazing!
I used to watch Garfield after school, which now has come out as a recent movie!
I also watched Smurf’s and loved it as a kid. My 4 year old grandson has a birthday coming up in November, and he told his parents he wants a Smurf’s themed birthday!
It’s crazy to me how things seem to come back around years later, like fads in clothes, hairstyles, music, etc… AND TV shows!
